Vertex Piston Kits are engineered to deliver exceptional performance, durability, and precision fit for both 2-stroke and 4-stroke engines, catering to riders who demand the best from their machines.

Key Features:

• Precision Fit: Available in exact A, B, or C sizes to match your cylinder bore perfectly, maximising power and performance while minimising blow-by and oil consumption.
• 2-Stroke Pistons: Contain 18% silicon to reduce wear and thermal expansion, enabling tighter running tolerances for increased power, reduced noise, and longer lifespan.
• 4-Stroke Pistons: Forged from high-strength 2618 or 3032 alloys for exceptional durability and reliability.
• Advanced Skirt Coating: High-tech Molybdenum Disulphide (MOS2) coating reduces wear and improves break-in performance.
• Comprehensive Kit: Each kit includes a piston, rings, wrist pin, and circlips.

Piston Options:

• Cast and Forged Replica Pistons: OE replacements with stock compression ratios.
• Cast and Forged Race Pistons: Designed with a single compression ring for optimised performance.
• Forged Hi-Comp Pistons: Increase compression and power over Replica pistons.
• Forged GP Racer's Choice Pistons: Feature T-box forgings, unique dome profiles, advanced surface treatments, and higher compression ratios for superior power, strength, and durability.
• Big Bore Pistons: Increase engine displacement and power while maintaining stock compression ratios.
