These plain steel plates sit between the friction plates and carry heat out of the clutch pack. When they warp or discolor from heat the result is clutch drag and notchy shifting. Fresh steels give the stack a flat, clean surface so the clutch releases and engages correctly. They are sold individually, so order the number your clutch requires.

• Flat, clean surface for proper clutch release
• Cures drag and notchy shifting from warped steels
• Sold individually, check your plate count
